  • 8 1/2 X 11 page
  • 1-inch margins on all sides
  • Page numbers on the top right corner
    • Omit page number of title page. Begin with page 2 of the first page of text
  • Double-space the main text
  • Single-space:
    • captions and table titles
    • table of contents
    • footnotes
    • bibliography
  • One space after a period, not two
  • Indent new paragraph 1/2 inch using the tab key
